Furthermore, during physical activity, it improves mental concentration and performance. Digestion and absorption of Isomaltulose is practically complete at the end of the small intestine. If it is completely and slowly digested, it supplies the body with energy full of carbohydrates (4 kcal/g) for a longer period of time, which has an effect on a slow, overall lower rise in blood sugar. Its low GI allows a higher proportion of energy obtained from fat burning, compared to available carbohydrates. At higher doses, it does not have a laxative effect.

Among its other effects are the following: it improves healing, relieves fatigue, improves tissue blood flow and the transfer of energy to the muscle. It increases the resistance of the muscle against lactic acid.

The product is used as a drink prepared in water, adults and children with a lower body weight up to 75 kg or with a lower power intensity 1 dose/hour. = 21g/ 500 ml of drink. Adults and children with a higher body weight over 75 kg or with a higher intensity of performance or a higher temperature of the environment 1 dose / hour = 42g/ 1L of drink. It is advisable to take the drink 2 hours before exercise, during it and also 1 to 2 hours after it ends.
