USE AND RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

Bag 22 g: mix 1 bag with 500-600 ml of water.
Bag 125 g: Mix approx. 22 g of powder with 500-600 ml of water. (1 bag is enough for 3 liters of drink)

During the exercise, drink 50 to 100 ml of the drink at regular 15-20 minute intervals.

Maximum dose: 3 bags of 22g per day / or 1500 ml of drink per day
