Product description

Tacx Flux 2 Smart Trainer

The Tacx T2980 Flux 2 Smart interactive trainer is one of the trainers that does not transfer power through the casing and is so quiet that you will only hear your chain. Modified and more powerful version of the popular Flux trainer with the possibility of using a bicycle with a long derailleur arm. All you have to do is remove the rear wheel, put the cassette on the trainer and connect to the app on your smartphone or tablet.

The package includes adapters for a fixed axis 142 / 148x12 mm. Or using a classic quick release. The electromagnetic brake with a maximum power of 2000 W enables more accurate power transmission and measurement. It can simulate slopes of 0 to 16% as well as a straight road if you use the trainer without controls.

Product features

Communication between the trainer and the phone/tablet via Bluetooth. The trainer is also equipped with ANT + transmission, which is used to connect to a PC, using free apps available on the App Store, Google Play or Microsoft store
The chest strap is not part of the package, but it is possible to use chest straps with ANT + or Bluetooth transmission, e.g. Tacx T1994 (Polar BT straps do not work)
