The redesigned Edge 530 offers support for advanced > cycling metrics * and, with the new, also support for relevant MTB metrics. When driving off-road, the Edge 530 records the total number of jumps, the distance of the jumps and also the related HANGTIME time. The GRIT metric measures the difficulty of each ride, the FLOW metric takes care of tracking the descent and then evaluates the ride with a point score, which you can try to improve on the next ride.
