All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:
  1. The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
  2. The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
  3. The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
  4. If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
  5. If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
    1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
    2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
    3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
    4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
    5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
    6. Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
    7. Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
    8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
    9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

SK Dobrý den,pokial teda by ste mi vedeli domontovať original blatniky ,nosič,svetla ktore budu napajane z baterie bicykla ako je to na ctm senze man treku ,to by mohol byť.A ešte by som chcel priobjednať tašku ctm na nosič GrandTour.

SK Dobrý deň, Senze Man ktorý je tu u nás na E-shope, tak by mali na začiatku apríla prísť 2 kusy na sklad vo veľkosti L. Viete si vytvoriť predobjednávku, či budú dostupné originálne kusy zatiaľ potvrdiť neviem. Ak ide o blatníky tie vieme nahodiť a v ponuke máme veľa na trekking bicykle. S nosičom a svetlom je to horšie, tie v ponuke nevidím, takže to by sme museli preveriť či to vieme objednať.

SK Dobre deň zle som ten nazov napisal ide o Ctm senze Man Trek z blatnikmi svetlami a nosičom ,velkosť ,L. a farebna kombinacia z červenou.pokial by bol tak mam zaujem.

SK Dobrý deň,

U modelov 2022 je plánovaná výroba veľkosti L v priebehu 3-5. mesiaca a dodanie do konca marca žiaľ nevieme garantovať. Skôr sa očakáva že výroba bude vzhľadom na nedostupnosť komponentov výraznejšie meškať.
