Level and quality of equipmenthelp
For performance-oriented riders who rede long distances in more demanding terrain, participate in races or those who are looking for the best on the market. Electric bicycles are equipped with components from the highest sets. Frames and equipment are made of lightweights materials for lower weight.
Carbon frame
Lightweight, stiff and at the same time still flexible material that absorbs shocks well and increases comfort. A higher price is to be expected.
Hydraulic disc brakes
Reliable in all conditions, better modulation of the braking effect with the use of less force on the lever. Heavier weight, more demanding service.
Air fork
The best option in terms of weight and comfort. Provides more adjustment options (rebound, compression). Requires regular service - the service cycle is specified by the manufacturer.
Air shock
When buying a bicycle, it is necessary to set it to the required pressure according to the weight of the rider (specified by the manufacturer of the shock absorber, a shop assistant can also help you). Can provide several ride and suspension adjustment options. Requires regular check-up and is also more demanding to service. Compared to the spring one, it is significantly lighter.
29” wheels
The advantage is better terrain passability, better rolling and traction. However, they are heavier, which also applies to tires.

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
Our bike shipment is as follows:
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Tento Bulls je este viac pretechnizovany, ako Bulls E-Stream, ktory mam od MTBIKER, ktory mi uz bol meneny za druhy kus a aj ten dalsi Bulls trci v dielni v Hradku, caka sa vraj na snimac otacok z Ciny, zatialco sa mina kazdym dnom sezona. V zime sa kvoli baterii nesmie pouzivat, kto nema vykurovanu garaz, tak musi drzat celu zimu bateriu v obyvacke, ako ja. Co vsetko je v tomto made in China?

Dobrý deň, mrzí nás, že bicykel "neposlúcha" práve v strede sezóny
Áno, ako to už niekedy býva, tak nové technológie často vyžadujú aj nadštandardnú starostlivosť, a žiaľ niekedy hlavne tie prvé iterácie výrobcovia nemajú úplne vychytané, najmä čo sa týka spoľahlivosti. Verím, že snímač Vám bude opravený čo najskôr a že budete môcť opät jazdiť a užívať traily naplno.

Dobrý deň,
aktuálne je iba v tejto výbave s danou batériou.
Niektoré značky majú daný motor v ponuke - no obstarávacia cena bicyklov je podstatne vyššia - ako pri tomto Bullse.
Tieto bicykle potom riešime samostatnou objednávkou - prípadne ich mám v ponuke - no skladom sú u dodávateľa.
V prípade ak by ste mali nejaký konkrétny kus / model, takt to vieme preveriť - stačí nám napísať [email protected]

Dobrý deň,
prevodovka je súčasť motora - spadá pod záručnú opravu po dobu 2 rokov alebo potom cez program Pinion Care po záruke - kde vedia motor s prevodovkou opraviť a poskytnúť dodatočnú záruku.
Remenica je dostupný produkt - bežne vyrábaný v danom rozmere. Ostatné produkty vieme objednať cez distribútora Bulls.

Dobrý deň,
neviem o servise na Slovensku - v prípade poruchy sa to odosiela priamo výrobcovi motora - teda Pinion-u.
Nakoľko sa jedná o motor a prevodovku s veľmi malým výskytom na SK trhu.
Pinion robí aj po-záručnú opravu - program Pinon Care, kde dávajú aj dodatočnú záruku.
