The Mallet Trail Speed Lace shoes are exceptional with the perfect combination of performance and adventure - the all-new MATCH sole pattern and lightweight, yet durable upper are designed to provide the rider with all-day comfort and unmatched performance. Whether you're going from the bottom of a mountain valley to the top and back down again, or from the starting line straight to the podium, the Mallet Trail Speed Lace shoes are your ideal companion. The enlarged Match Box around the panniers makes it easier to click the pedal in and out and to clean mud. The extended 35mm cleat tracks allow the cleats to be placed further towards the heel for more control and stability when descending. The medium-grip MC1 rubber compound allows for easy pedal entry and exit and is durable enough to withstand normal wear and tear. For greater durability, the lugs on the sole are rounded. The sole is designed for confident walking on challenging terrain - the beveled toe and heel make walking easier, and the specially designed tread offers traction on steep terrain up or down. The Mallet Trail shoes come with a Match mat and Crankbrothers cleats pre-installed in the neutral position.
