Selle San Marco GrouND Shield Sport Wide Saddle

The Selle San Marco GrouND Shield Sport saddle is primarily designed for MTB and gravel bikes, but it will also reliably serve for road riding. The shape is based on the proven Shortfit road saddle, supplemented with solutions adapted for off-road riding.



The additionally padded tip improves comfort on steep climbs, the modified rear part reduces the risk of snagging trousers when riding behind the saddle, and the universal width ensures suitability for a wide range of recreational and weekend riders. The Sport version offers an affordable solution for cyclists with lower annual mileage, emphasizing comfort and structural reliability.

Saddles Selle San Marco
The brand from Italy started producing bicycle saddles as early as 1935. The saddles of this brand were ridden by cycling legends such as Fausto Coppi, but also many other Grand Tour and monument winners, their ROLLS saddle is legendary. In 1980, Selle San Marco was the largest hand-made saddle maker in the world, and today it is still one of the leading manufacturers in the world.
