Lookin Evo represents a major step in the offer of the Selle Royal brand. The 100% recycled shell made it possible to save up to 24% CO2 during production. The saddle cover is made of 50% organic materials, which guarantee the same elasticity, abrasion resistance and level of comfort as classic covers. As with the Lookin saddle, Stracciatella technology is also used here: this innovative new filling material represents a significant step forward on the path towards sustainable production - discarded saddles are crushed into fine granules and used to fill a new saddle. This process reduces the amount of waste and underlines our commitment to the environment. Lookin and Lookin EVO saddles are the first saddles made with this technology. Of course, we did not forget about other important aspects - comfort and design. The saddles are equipped with Royalgel, which adapts perfectly to your body. The surface of the saddle is partially transparent, so you can watch how the Royalgel layer adapts to the new pieces of Stracciatella.
Athletic saddles are here for riders who are used to cycling at a faster pace and keeping their back at a lower angle (around 45°).
The riding position is a decisive factor when choosing the optimal saddle. Depending on your riding style, the way your sit bones touch the saddle varies significantly, which in turn affects the level of comfort. Selle Royal saddles are ergonomically designed to fit all widths of sit bones and satisfy the anatomical needs of men and women and guarantee relief from pressure in the most sensitive areas. Choose the right riding position from 45° (Athletic), 60° (Moderate) or 90° (Relaxed) to enjoy a pain-free ride.
Stracciatella: innovative padding technology that recycles old or discarded saddles. These saddles are crushed into fine granules and used as filling for new saddles. Stracciatella, ground into granules and injected into the new foam, reduces the amount of waste. You can see this new filling through the windows under the Royalgel, and their appearance is reminiscent of the legendary Italian ice cream! Just like the famous Italian ice cream, you can enjoy Stracciatella every time you ride!
Royal Gel: Thanks to its exceptional construction, Royal Gel provides the highest level of comfort of all possible types of padding. This technology skillfully distributes the shocks and pressure of the rider over the largest possible area of the saddle and ensures great comfort even on the longest rides.
Royal Vacuum: Enjoy your ride with a waterproof saddle. This patented technology by Selle Royal allows to produce a saddle that is 100% sealed and waterproof, even if you are riding in heavy rain.
Flexible shell: Maximum flexibility and shock absorption is ensured by the unique articulated structure of the shell, which ensures a smooth ride in the city or in nature.
Integrated Clip System: An integrated clip on the back of the saddle allows you to attach a saddle bag or other accessories.
Recycled plastic shell: 100% recycled plastic shell is made from high-quality recyclates from e-waste.
