IZOtonic drink is designed for activities with a very high intensity and a relatively short duration (approximately 60 minutes).
Use the hypotonic drink during procedures with a longer duration (over 60 minutes) and during activities with a lower intensity, 100 ml every 10 minutes.

An isotonic drink has the same osmotic pressure as body fluids. Due to the fact that human sweat has a lower osmolality than body fluids, it is necessary to pay attention to targeted and controlled dosing. The content of minerals in the sweat is inversely proportional to the ambient temperature (with increasing temperature, the concentration of minerals in the sweat decreases), therefore it is necessary to increase the amount of water used to prepare ISODRINX by 10 to 20% at temperatures above 25 ° C. Disproportionately increased consumption of isotonic beverages can lead to more intake of electrolytes than their expenditure, and thus to a higher intake than the current need. This concentrates their concentration in the extracellular fluids and disturbs the osmotic balance between the extracellular fluid and the cells.

ISODRINX also supplies a full range of essential vitamins.
The mineral mixture is combined with simple sugars (glucose, sucrose) and complex carbohydrates (maltodextrin), which guarantees the effect of delivering "fast" and "slow" energy. The drink is intended in the recommended amount for each individual to routinely replenish fluids and essential minerals. Use the hypotonic drink during exercise to hydrate the body. Use the ISOtonic drink during exercise to replenish energy and lost minerals. Can also be used before the race to pre-supply carbohydrates and minerals.

Recommended dosage:
