The all-new Deore XT M8250 long-arm derailleur combined with the standard 10-51T M8200 cassette gives all types of riders the gear range and durability needed to conquer any trail in the mountains. With a built-in automatic impact recovery system, a new shape, and simple solid pulleys, this derailleur withstands even the toughest impacts on the trail while still maintaining lightning-fast shifting and high performance.
