- Use the specified charger to charge the battery. Using any other device may lead to fire, overheating, or leaks.
- Use a USB port power adapter with a voltage of 5.0 V DC and a current value of at least 1.0 A DC. If you use an adapter with a current value of less than 1.0 A, the power adapter may heat up and cause fire, smoking, heating, damage, electric shock or burns.
- Do not heat the battery or throw it into a fire. Failure to do so may result in fire or bursting.
- Do not use or leave the battery in hot or humid places where the battery may be exposed to direct sunlight, in a closed vehicle on a hot day, or near a heater. Failure to do so may result in leakage, overheating or bursting, resulting in fire, burns or other injuries.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery; also, do not apply solder directly to the battery terminals. Failure to do so may result in leakage, overheating or bursting, resulting in fire, burns or other injuries.- Do not connect the (+) and (-) terminals with metal objects. Do not carry or store the battery together with metal objects such as chains or hairpins. Failure to do so may result in short circuits, overheating, burns or other injuries.
- If liquid leaking from the battery gets into your eyes, immediately flush the affected area with water without rubbing your eyes and then seek medical attention. Failure to do so may result in blindness.
WARNING
- If the battery does not fully charge after 4 hours of charging, stop charging.
- Do not immerse the battery in fresh or salt water and prevent the battery terminals from getting wet. Failure to do so may result in fire, bursting or overheating.
- The operating temperature ranges for the battery are shown below. Do not use the battery at temperatures outside these ranges. If the battery is used or stored at temperatures outside these ranges, it may cause fire, injury or problems during operation.
1. During discharge: -10 °C - 50 °C
2. During charging: 0 °C - 45 °C
- Do not use the battery if it shows obvious scratches or other external damage. Failure to do so may result in bursting or overheating or problems during operation.
- Do not subject the battery to strong impacts or throw it. Failure to do so may result in bursting or overheating or problems during operation.
- Do not use the battery if it shows leakage, discoloration, deformation or other unusual signs. Failure to do so may result in bursting or overheating or problems during operation.
- If leaking liquid gets on your skin or clothing, wash it off immediately with clean water. Leaked liquid can damage the skin.
- After thoroughly reading the operating instructions, store this manual in a safe place for possible future use.
