Using different sizes of inserts, you can easily adjust the volume of the air chamber in the shock absorber and thus its behavior. Changing the volume directly affects the sensitivity of the shock in the second half of the stroke - exactly where you need it most. The inserts are compatible with FOX Float X2 shocks (from 2026) and allow you to fine-tune the performance to your riding style:• If, with the correct SAG setting, you use the full stroke of the shock too quickly and often stop, just insert a larger insert/more inserts and the shock will work more progressively.• If, on the contrary, with the correct SAG, you do not use the full stroke, choose a smaller insert/fewer inserts and the shock will open more.• The package contains 1 pair of inserts
