Can this cover be used to replace the plastic part currently used on the Cannondale Topstope carbon frames like attached picture?

Hi Eric,

unfortunately, according to the manufacturer"s description, this cover is suitable only for the Synapse frame. There isn"t available any down tube cover for the Topstone frame
