All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

1) vo veľ. M je hmotnosť bicykla s Ultegra výbavou cca 9.4 kg
2) 28 mm plášte sú podľa špecifikácie výrobcu horným limitom - takže áno, malo by to byť možné, avšak bude možno záležať aj od konkrétneho plášťa - rôzni výrobcovia sa môžu čiastočne pár mm v reálnej šírke líšiť
3) Čo sa týka veľkosti - pri 169 cm ste na hornej hranici veľ. S, resp. spodnej hranici veľ. M - bude záležať aj od proporcií Vášho tela, t.j. dĺžky rúk, resp. nôh a samozrejme osobných preferencií.

Ahojte. Takže ak som z predchádzajúcich odpovedí správne pochopil tak veľkosť L ktorú máte na predajni by mi mala sedieť k mojej výške 180cm? Respektíve dalo by sa prirovnať L od Wilieru ku 56 od firmy Cannondale? Ďakujem

áno, L-ko je cca. ekvivalentom 56 veľkosti a pre 180 cm by malo sadnúť - samozrejme záleží aj od proporcií Vašej postavy, dĺžky rúk, nôh atď. Neváhajte nás prípadne kedykoľvek v rámci otváracích hodín navštíviť a bicykel si môžete vyskúšať.

Ahoj moja výška je 175 CM váha 80 kg.Aka veľkosť by mi bola vhodná nakoľko sa v tej veľkostnej tabuľke neviem nejak orientovať.Ďakujem za odpoveď

pri 175 mm ste vo všeobecnosti na hornej hranici veľ. M - bližšia špecifikácia však môže byť ovplyvnená aj proporciami Vašej postavy, napr. ak máte dlhšie ruky a nohy, tak Vám sadne kľudne aj L-ko. Práve veľ. L máme aktuálne aj na predajni Hrádku, neváhajte sa kedykoľvek v otváracích hodinách zastaviť a bicykel si obzrieť, prípadne vyskúšať
