All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
Our bike shipment is as follows:
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

vyrobca to zial nespecifikuje, opticky by mali vojst 28C plaste, samozrejme zalezi to od konkretneho modelu plasta.

I am writing this review after about half a year and 2000 km.
Automatically translatedNicely done, I ordered the bike from the shop in Hrádek and it was supposed to be set up and ready to go I was disappointed because, in addition to the poorly set derailleur, half of the screws were not tightened enough, including the seatpost, which on the first transport (unfortunately I couldn't resist and immediately got on the bike without checking the seatpost tightening) slid about 5cm into the frame and the paint on it peeled off badly...
The seatpost lock is poorly designed, I weigh a little more (88 kg) and I had to use the included secondary lock and have the seatpost secured so that it wouldn't slide while riding. Too bad because it doesn't look as good as without the metal "lock".... I can only hope that when I lose weight the lock will hold me
The chain was poorly riveted and jumped on the derailleur wheels and, in addition, it seemed very short to me. When I adjusted the "spaniel" there, the arm was completely against the stop and the wheels made a very unpleasant sound.
Since all the negative things were not directly related to the quality of the bike, but rather to its setup and assembly from the factory/store, I am not including it in the rating. I also cannot rate the wheels, as I immediately replaced them with carbon ones.
Riding a bike is great, the seat is aggressive and makes you go fast I personally like it and I was looking for a bike like this.
I'm 183cm tall and I took size M, Kellys marks it as 53 but the top tube length is 56cm. In this size with the original wheels the weight is over 9kg. It's no mountaineer, but the frame seems robust. In the short time I've had it I've even managed to fall pretty hard (descent from Veľká Javorina and a classic somersault otb and the frame survived.
I couldn't find anywhere what the maximum tire clearance is, so I took a chance and bought the GP 5000 S TR 30mm. The rims have an internal width of 21C. The measured width of the mounted tire is 31mm and they will fit. But that's the maximum and wider would be a mess.
Overall, the bike is excellent as a first "better" commuter or entry level bike The fit is weaker, but it's enough for a regular hobbyist and anyone who really wants to can improve it over time

Ahoj, toto je veľmi ťažko poradiť. Ja som s veľkosťou spokojný, dokonca jazdím tkz. low stack (lepšie povedané zero). Pozícia je ale dosť agresívna a treba si na to zvyknúť. Ja som to tak chcel - preto som šiel do menšieho rámu. Určite ale budem túto sezónu riešiť dlhší predstavec.
