All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Zdravím. Mám záujem o tento bicykel a chcem sa spýtať či si ho mám objednať? Pro lém je v tom, že aktuálnu hotovosť by som mal mať v sobotu. Dá sa u Vás kúpiť aj bez o jednávky e-shope?

Ak máte vážny záujem tak bicykel si objednajte cez eshop (takto bude pre Vás rezervovaný) a prevziať ho môžete napr. až v sobotu. Keď si na bicykel nevytvoríte objednávku tak do soboty sa môže predať.

Držal som sa tabuliek pri kúpe gravelu, kúpil som si ve)lkosť M a pri dlhšej jazde ma začal boliť chrbát. Posunul som si sedlo smerom dozadu a chrbát bolel menej. Tak ako to je?

Bolesť chrbta môže spôsobovať aj nesprávne nastavenie posedu, nemusí to byť kvôli "zle" zvolenej veľkosti bicykla.
Tento model máme poskladaný vo veľkosti M na predajni takže ak by ste mali cestu okolo tak sa môžete zastaviť a veľkosť vyskúšať.

Dobrý deň. Chcem sa spýtať či mi bude dobrá veľkosť M pri výške 182 cm a váhe 86 kg? A ešte aký plášť si mam ku bicyklu kúpiť myslím tým rozmery 40 mm, 60 mm alebo 80 mm?

Ja mám pri 178 cm M-ko. Sedí mi ako riť na šerbel. Ak by si predstavcom prihodil 1-2 cm, možno by ti to M-ko bolo OK.

nachádzate sa práve na rozhraní veľkostí, preto by bolo najlepšie si prísť bicykel vyskúšať - veľkosť L máme na predajni. Okrem výšky jazdca záleží výber veľkosti od dĺžky nôh, nedá sa jednoznačne určiť bez vyskúšania, ktorá veľkosť by bola pre Vás vhodnejšia. Čo sa týka plášťov, nerozumieme veľmi daným rozmerom, nakoľko plášte sa neoznačujú týmto spôsobom. Bicykel je osadený plášťami v šírke 25mm (700x25C) , no je možné použiť aj ešte o niečo širšie v prípade záujmu.

Rám je stavaný na klasické cestné plášte do šírky 28 mm. Ja som tam, ale dosť natesno, vpratal plášť o šírke 30 mm. Teda na "gravel gumy" rám nie je stavaný.

zdravim. ako siroke plaste maximalne to pojme? pripadne je geometria biku skor sportova alebo skor nieco ako soot 30? dakujem

Geometria oproti gravel Soot je viac športovejšia ale nejedná sa v tejto kategórií o "závodnú" geometriu. Plášte s rezervou pre prípadné nečistoty max. 28 mm.

Zdravím.Chcem sa spýtať ,či sa dajú na daný bicykel obuť plášte 28 mm.

Ja mám veľkosť bicykla M a mám vzadu 28 MM continental Grand Prix GT a na výšku je tam max 2 mm miesta. Do strán je to v pohode.

Ja som doň vpratal Švalbáky o šírke 30 mm. To je už maximálny limit šírky. (ostali už len 2 mm voľné vpredu i vzadu)
