Giant Defy Advanced 0 bike
A road bike for experienced road riders who ride thousands of kilometers in a year. Suitable for regular or demanding training, amateur races and long trips. You can count on great equipment and light weight.
Carbon frame
Lightweight, stiff and at the same time still flexible material that absorbs shocks well and increases comfort. A higher price is to be expected.

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Mate k dispoziicii nejaky servisny manual resp odporucanie ku kolesam "Giant SLR 2 36 Carbon Disc WheelSystem" na aku silu odporuca vyrobca dotahovat spice resp zvyk pri karbone. Po premerani mojich kolies tenzometeom PT TM-1 som mal hodnoty na zadnom kolese od 8 (mozno 300-400N) po cca 15 (700N) na zadnom kolese a pri prednom 14-18.(700-1000 N). Pri spicoch 2.00 - 1.65 - 2.00. Tenzometer bol kalibrovany v 11/2025 v parktool v prahe.

Dobry den prajem,
Giant odporucane napnutie uvadza pri pouziti kalibrovaneho tenzometra DT Tensio 2, hodnoty samozrejme variruju nielen podla typu spic, ale aj medzi prednym a zadnym kolesom, resp. P a L stranou.
Po prepocte na univerzalne kgF jednotky je to pre 2/1.6/2 mm spice na hranici 115-125 kgF (predne koleso o nieco viac na pravej strane, zadne koleso cca. rovnake napnutie na oboch stranach). Kvoli optimalnemu doladeniu kolies samozrejme vzdy odporucame navstivit v pripade takto kvalitnych kolies autorizovane servisne stredisko.

2. Kladky v prehadzovacke maju zapuzdrene loziska alebo klasika valcek. Pripadne je dostupny nahradny diel s vyssej rady?

Kolko mm miesta mate medzi ramom a klukou?
Kladky maju presne klzne puzdra, teoreticky by mali sadnut aj loziskove kladky z R8150 prehadzovacov (Y3J198010).

zmeriam a doplním ale je to presne hrúbka toho senzoru vtedy sa kľukou da otočiť ale sucha to o rám. ak dám s neho dole tu gumovú podložku tak to nešúcha ale nejak blbne senzor a nemeria dobre.
Na druhom HT biku mam na SLX prehadzovačke menene kladky za XT a spolu s XT radením mam pocit že to radí aj chodí lepšie a presnejšie. Nieže by táto 105 išla zle ale tými kladkami z R8150 to môžem ešte trocha vylepšiť.

S bicyklom som vcelku spokojný. Je ľahučký, jazdi sa mi na nom pohodlne a karbón celkom dobre tlmi nerovnosti.

Elektronicke radenie je super a taktiez aj "lahsie prevody" prevody aspon pre mna kedze nejazdim iba po rovine ale aj do kopca. Zo zaciatku som bol skepticky z vypletu 16/8 a karbonovych rafou ale zbytocne lebo drzia dobre.
Jednu hviezdu davam dole lebo sudruzi v tajvane niekde urobili chybu ked lepili hlinikove kovanie do karbonovej sedlovky a je malinko vybocene do strany.
Na moje vyuzivanie a hlavne dochadzanie do práce a sem tam sa niekam previezt je to pre niekoho mozno trocha draha hracka ale ak ta bavi bicyklovanie treba si dopriat kym si mlady a vladzes pedalovat.
