All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:
  1. The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
  2. The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
  3. The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
  4. If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
  5. If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
    1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
    2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
    3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
    4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
    5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
    6. Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
    7. Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
    8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
    9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

SK Zdravím, chcem sa spýtať, viete mi poradiť aký prevodník bude vhodný na kľuky, ktoré sú na tomto bicykli? Nikde som sa k tomu nedopátral... Viem, že je to direct mount, ale to je tak všetko...či gxp, alebo bb30, alebo čo sa tu dá použiť...? Ďakujem za odpoveď.

SK Zdravim, dakujem za odpoved. Tento prevodnik je tam seriovo, ja som chcel skor 32, alebo 34 zubovy. A napr. prevodnik SRAM sa tam asi nebude dat namontovat... Ci?

SK Dobrý deň,

podľa špecifikácii od výrobcu je sériovo na bicykli montované stredové zloženie s externými ložiskami rozmeru 73mm so štandardom BSA. Sériovo boli taktiež na bicykli montované kľuky s dĺžkou 175mm (len veľkosť S mala kľuky dlhé 170mm), avšak dĺžka kľúk je aj na preferencii každého jazdca. Voľba konkrétnych kľúk už teda potom závisí už len od Vašich požiadaviek, resp. rozpočtu. Aktuálnu ponuku kľúk nájdete na https://www.mtbiker.sk/shop/komponenty/kluky-a-prevodniky/mtb.

SK Zdravim, dodavatel to vyskusal. Tu je jeho odpoved - Namontovali jsme do modelu Rift Zone 2 kolo z modelu Pine Mountain 1 o rozměru pláště 27,5x2,8. Bez problémů se tam vejde. Dokonce to vypadá velmi dobře.
