All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

V rámci zábehu (decent po cestách na Považ. Inovci - som po operácii kolena) Slanger 30 pred garančkou reportujem nedostatky:
1. v zadnej stavbe sa povoľujú oba dolné čapy pri úchyte kolesa ako na strane prehadzovačky (doťahujem po 4. krát momeťákom na 5kN) tak aj oproti (2. doťahovanie). Ostatné čapy zatiaľ držia. Čo s tým?
2. brzová hadička na zadnom kolese sa tlačí do výpletu a šúcha oň - chce to elegantné dodatočné oko na kostre - dočasne som dal kancelárske oko káble + stahovaciu pásku. Ako to fixnúť trvalo?
3. v zadnej stavbe pri pohupovaní niečo neustále vŕzga piskľavo a intnezívne - povolil som o mikro krok veľké čapy zadnej stavby medzi šlapacím stredom a tlmičom a je to ok - nevŕzga, nepovolujú sa. Čo to vŕzgalo? (nerozoberal som čapy)
Bike po jazde šetrnne zbavujem blata a prachu & spol. a premasťujem.

Very attractive design, good price, nice driving feeling. The rear structure does not wobble when pedaling, but my bike is technically under-tightened:

3. The external routing of the brake hose and the cable to the brake pedal tragically breaks into the wheel - we had to install additional eyelets for the cable routing.
4. I was asked about the rear construction studs, but they solved it in the service with a blue fix substance.
5. The covers for the internal routing of the cables protrude and move irregularly - they cannot be tightened tightly - the screw is only on one side. The screw is soft and rusts quickly.
6. Rear wheel caught 8 very early.
7. Incorrect information on the manufacturer's website about the length of the axle on the rear wheel: NOVATEC 12x142mm, since there is a 12x148mm boost hub. This confuses me when choosing 27.5+ wheels for this bike.
8. The black paint on the rallies, the Shimano shifting mounts and also the black paint on the screws will peel off very quickly.
