GHOST Riot AM CF Pro 29 bike

New RIOT CF in carbon coat! Progressive geometry with a longer wheelbase and a low head angle takes the development a step further and reaches where other manufacturers reach a few years later. The full carbon frame is new from the ground up and is offered in two categories: ALL MOUNTAIN and TRAIL. An Enduro version is also available, but only on an aluminum frame. The completely newly developed rear shock repacking called Traction Link® (virtual pivot) brings tons of fun and most of all control. When the rear shock absorber is activated, the axis of the rear hub moves perpendicular to the terrain (not in a circle) and willingly overcomes a carpet of roots or boulders. Upright seatpost, lowered fork and longer rear struts are the main features of the state-of-the-art geometry based on Ghost's SUPERFIT® algorithm. This indicates the optimal length of the individual frame tubes depending on the rider's height. The unobtrusive and fully integrated Eightpins® telescopic seatpost pampers the rider with unrivaled high travel and smooth running. Another plus is the PTN® tire inserts (only in the Full Party version), which minimize damage to the rim and enable lower pressures and thus better grip in demanding situations. In addition, as the only one on the market, they guarantee comfortable driving even with a flat tire. So jump in and go have fun. … EXPECT RIOT!

Sports and performance cycling

Riding in difficult terrain, or even racing will not be a problem for this bike. Quality equipment without compromise, which will be especially usefull for adventure enthusiasts and regular racers.

Carbon frame

Lightweight, stiff and at the same time still flexible material that absorbs shocks well and increases comfort. A higher price is to be expected.

Hydraulic disc brakes

Reliable in all conditions, better modulation of the braking effect with the use of less force on the lever. Heavier weight, more demanding service.

Air fork

The best option in terms of weight and comfort. Provides more adjustment options (rebound, compression). Requires regular service - the service cycle is specified by the manufacturer.

Air shock

When buying a bicycle, it is necessary to set it to the required pressure according to the weight of the rider (specified by the manufacturer of the shock absorber, a shop assistant can also help you). Can provide several ride and suspension adjustment options. Requires regular check-up and is also more demanding to service. Compared to the spring one, it is significantly lighter.

29” wheels

The advantage is better terrain passability, better rolling and traction. However, they are heavier, which also applies to tires.

How we ship bikes

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:

The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
The bicycle is carefully packed back into a box and shipped
If you order a bicycle for in store pick up or home delivery, the bicycle will be waiting put together, checked and ready to use for you.
If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
6. Mount seatpost to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
7. Inflate the tyres or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.
