All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Ešte mám otázku ohľadom predaja na splátky. Pri splátkovej kalkulačke ma upozornilo, že je možné využiť splátky bez navýšenia pri splatení do 6 mesiacov. Ako treba postupovať ak by som to chcel využiť?

Po potvrdení objednávky systém automaticky spraví presmerovanie na stránky Quatra - tam pri nastavení pevnej splátky a splatení do 6 mesiacov by malo vyjsť nulové navýšenie.

Prepáčte ešte posledná otázka. Mám výšku 177 cm. Veľkosť M bude pre mňa dostatočne veľká? Podľa tabuliek asi áno ale to aj veľkosť L. Je to hraničné pre M aj L.

Je to na rozmedzí veľkostí, tuto je to ozaj individuálne, záleží od dĺžky rúk a nôh. Ja ale väčšinou odporúčam zákazníkom menší rám pred väčším pokiaľ je to takto tesne na rozmedzí, predsa len ovládateľnosť je lepšia pri menšom ráme. So sedlom nebude problém, to sa vytiahne sedlovka podľa potreby, dĺžka sa dá doladiť predstavcom. Takto od PC Vám ale určite neporadíme s istotou, to sa uvidí až po tom ako bicykel vyskúšate.

v rámci vernostného systému máš na svojom konte zľavu, ktorá ti oproti pôvodnej MOC 1900 € ponúka veľmi zaujímavý rozdiel. Dodatočnú zľavu mimo vernostného systému už nevieme poskytnúť.

Pozdravujem. V tabuľke veľkostí napr. nie je S. Mám 170cm, vnútornú dĺžku nohy 82cm. Podľa tabuľky by mi padla veľkosť M, ale mám skúsenosť, že S býva vhodnejšia pre moju postavu.
Napriek tomu, že v tabuľke veľkosť S nefiguruje vôbec pre tento model, viete prosím u dodávateľa zistiť, či takúto veľkosť vie dodať? Vďaka.

Na Vašu výšku bude veľkosť S vhodná, veľkosť M by bola dosť na hrane a zbytočne veľká. U dodávateľa bude S dostupné až po 31.1.2020, aktuálne ešte táto veľkosť nebola vyrobená.
