All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Zdravim....by ma zaujimalo,kedze ich ma uz polovica slovenska v zlave za 2999e,aj priamo kellys,preco vy mate stale cenu 3699e. Ked to aj tak nemate skladom,ale musite objednat z kellysu. Cakal by som pruznejsi pristup...mohol som ho objednat tu od vas.

cenu sme upravili, bohužiaľ ceny bicyklov ťaháme feedom priamo od Kellysu a nedostali sme žiadne echo o znížení ceny. Nie je v našich silách kontrolovať ručne či náhodou niektorý z dodávateľov neupravil cenu tovaru.

Pre budúcnosť ak je vôľa nakúpiť u nás tak vieme dorovnať cenu konkurencie vo väčšine prípadov, stačí sa opísať a ak to ide, obratom príde kupón na dorovnanie.

pri vedeni bowdenov vnutri ramu,nedochadza pri jazde k vydavaniu rusivych zvukov, je radenie Di2 spolahlive z hladiska dlhodobeho uzivania ?

Dobrý deň,
bicykel nemáme osobne otestovaný, no nepredpokladáme, že by nemali vznikať pri jazde žiadne rušivé zvuky. Radenie je určite spoľahlivé a rýchle, stačí dať pozor na to, aby sa nevybila batéria.

Brzdova trubka v rame rezonuje a je hakliva aj na zmenu pocasia (teploty) . Di2 je super,ale bateria je poskodena uz z vyroby,ma 2 roky ,uz skoro 3 ,takze fungovat nebude tak ako ma,presnejsie,pri uzivani biku kazdy den vydrzi podstatne menej ako by mala,pri odstaveni biku na par tyzdnov sa vybija velmi rychlo. .

Chcel som sa opatat, ci ste ho nakoniec vzal a v akej velkosti? Meriam 166 a neviem sa rozhodnut ci S a M... keby som nepozeral na tabulky, tak by som pocitovo siahol po velkosti M.

veľkosť M bude na Vašu výšku určite veľká a odporúčame teda zvoliť veľkosť S, nakoľko Kellys má posunuté číslovanie a vychádza to tak aj podľa tabuľky.

Na vasom mieste by som vzal M a k nemu kratsi predstavec. Sko bude male . Uz aj Mko posobi dost male ,jedine co to zachrani je posed na biku ,potom clovek zisti aky je ten bike realne dlhy. Velkost L je nepouzitelna ,bike je nizky a pridlhy .

Zatial este nejazdeny, ale jeho cas pride . Napriek az extremne kratkej zadnej stavbe s malym miestom medzi pneu a ramom nie je velmi vhodny do blatistych terenov.
