BEANY Blaster 29 children's bike

The Beany BLASTER 29 is an uncompromising junior mountain bike for any terrain. It is an ultralight, real bike weighing only 12.2 kg. At first glance, it's obvious that this bike was designed and built for young adventure-loving cyclists. It is not for those who like to try to overcome all kinds of terrains, spend a lot of time in nature, on trails and smooth asphalt roads. This is by no means an ordinary miniature bicycle for adults. Even the Blaster range was designed and developed in collaboration with pediatric physiotherapists. The goal was a frame geometry that respects normal children's parameters. Geometry that enables a healthy and comfortable sitting behind the handlebars, which prevents unwanted imbalance, overloading of selected muscle groups or bad posture habits. Blaster is a bicycle designed especially for children. And thanks to well-chosen materials and components, it is also one of the lightest series-produced children's mountain bikes in the world.

BLASTER 29 is intended for experienced cyclists. They've been in the saddle for a while, they love the terrain, and new obstacles and challenging trails are a welcome challenge and reward for them. To make their fun in the saddle as enjoyable and easy as possible, we equipped the Blaster with an RST air fork, ten-speed gearing, and hydraulic disc brakes, among other things. We know that both the adventurer and the racer need quality equipment to go where others cannot.

Aluminium frame

Lighter, relatively durable and stiff material that is affordable. The most widespread material for the production of bicycle frames.

Hydraulic disc brakes

Reliable in all conditions, better modulation of the braking effect with the use of less force on the lever. Heavier weight, more demanding service.

Air fork

The best option in terms of weight and comfort. Provides more adjustment options (rebound, compression). Requires regular service - the service cycle is specified by the manufacturer.

29” wheels

The advantage is better terrain passability, better rolling and traction. However, they are heavier, which also applies to tires.

Unfortunately, it is not in our power to go through each bike and verify the differences between the manufacturer's stated components and its actual equipment. How we ship bikes

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:

The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
The bicycle is carefully packed back into a box and shipped
If you order a bicycle for in store pickup or home delivery, the bicycle will be waiting put together, checked and ready to use for you.
If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
6. Mount seatpost to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
7. Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.
