Effetto Mariposa Caffelatex sealant
Caffélatex is a preventive sealant against tire punctures.Recommended amount:
- 50 ml for road or MTB tubeless tires up to size 26x2.1 / 29x2.00
- 100 ml for MTB tires from size 26x2.1 / 29x2x00
When used in racing, it is recommended to check the sealant every 2 months to make sure that the fluid maintains its defect-preventive ability.

Its advantage over standard latex sealants lies in the foam (Antifoam (tm)), which is activated by the movement of the wheel

With conventional sealants, the liquid remains at the bottom of the tire, but when using caffelatex, the foaming causes the entire inner cavity of the tire to be filled, so it is much more effective against tire sidewall punctures and causes less imbalance in the tire

Its fast sealing capabilities make this sealant ideal for mountain and road tubeless and standard tires
|
|
This sealant will cover defects with a cross-section of up to 6 mm MTB and 3 mm ROAD
|
|
Thanks to its composition, caffélatex sealant is a very stable and durable sealant, but this depends on the type of application and external conditions
|

During testing, the fluid was fully functional for 12 months. However, this functionality depends on the number of defects, mileage, external influences (temperature, humidity, storage), etc.

|
It is environmentally friendly, does not contain latex and is not aggressive towards aluminium and other rims
|
|
Can be used at temperatures from -20 to +50 °C
|

Can be stored at temperatures from -15 to +30 °C
