THE LIGHTEST SIDE BAGS FROM ORTLIEB
Gravel-Packs are ideal additional bags if your bikepacking trips are too long and you need to pack a little more than usual for bikepacking. For multi-day bikepacking, they are supposed to be placed on the front carrier so that they are as low as possible on the bike and only minimally affect maneuvering in the terrain, but they can also be used as rear bags for any type of cycling. Especially if you are looking for very light bags. Gravel-Packs are actually a lightweight version of the classic Sport-Rollers, but ORTLIEB used lighter material with a Rip-Stop finish, removed unnecessary details for bikepacking, such as inner pockets, and added a second bottom hook for a completely secure attachment to the bike. However, the durability, quality and waterproofness still remain in the category you are used to with ORTLIEB, which is also confirmed by the 5-year warranty. Of course, there are large reflective surfaces on the sides.
