It's a big claim, but the manufacturer has put a lot of research and development into these shorts to back it up.
The cycling pad is the central element of the exceptional comfort of the Premio model. The top-of-the-line Progetto X2 Air Seamless consists of two separate components: a soft, stretchy Skin Care layer takes care of contact with the skin and its sole purpose is to prevent any chafing of your skin. Beneath it is the Cushioning Layer, which consists of dual-density foam with breathable perforated gel inserts under the sit bones and prostate.
Comfort continues thanks to the three-panel short construction with a reduced number of seams. The newly designed fabric changes its structure depending on the needs of different body parts. The lower part of the shorts has a flat seamless leg ending with integrated rubberized yarn, which ensures a comfortable fit. The fabric on the thighs is lighter, while four-way stretch provides the right amount of muscle support. In the pelvic area, compression and support are increased to keep the pad and everything else in place. On the back, the fabric is thicker to avoid transparency issues. Premium fabrics are also found on the straps. The perforated back will keep you cool, and this part is bonded, so you don't feel the thickness of the stitched edge. The straps have precisely modulated elasticity to hold the shorts securely in place without digging into your shoulders. The straps are separated to distribute pressure on the shoulders and increase comfort. Towards the front fastening at the waist, the straps narrow, improving breathability and reducing the material in contact with the chest.
The design of the Premio EVO shorts is completed by the discreet placement of the logo, which runs across the Premio EVO line and gives it a refined, modern look.

Wykonane z miękkiego, elastycznego materiału dobrze dopasowują się do ciała, nie krępując ruchów. Wkładka sprawdza się na dłuższych dystansach, a wykończenie nogawek bez klasycznych ściągaczy zapobiega uciskowi. Design jest minimalistyczny, bez zbędnych ozdobników — skupiono się tu raczej na funkcji niż formie.
