The magic comes from 15 years of development of Castelli's Perfetto (Italian for “perfect”) jacket. The Perfetto RoS 3 represents the biggest leap since the original Gabby thanks to the exclusive new Polartec® AirCore™ fabric with a PFAS-free semi-permeable membrane.
In a quest for continuous improvement, RoS 3 is more revolutionary than evolutionary. It is significantly more breathable and waterproof than its predecessor. It is also more flexible than its predecessor, allowing for a close fit without feeling tight. Provides significant ventilation thanks to zip-pered ventilation holes on the chest, as well as a two-way zipper that can also be opened from the bottom. It is slightly thinner than its previous versions, making it better in moderate temperatures, but the addition of insulating layers will keep you comfortable even in very cold conditions.
