Castelli GO W jacket

The GO jacket is one of the most versatile Castelli jackets. You can use it as light protection on cold days and, by adding a bottom layer, you can also go on a winter trip with it. Elastic, comfortable, airy, wind and water spray resistant, elegant, lightweight, this jacket is all that. Put it on and "GO"!

If you're looking for just one jacket for everything, start here.
The lightest three-layer stretch fabric GORE-TEX INFINIUM ™ WINDSTOPPER® is used, making the jacket great for milder conditions. Thanks to the elasticity, it fits perfectly. It's the same outer fabric used for the Alpha RoS 2 jacket, which Cyclingnews.com calls the "benchmark" for how the best winter jackets should perform. However, with the Go jacket, Castelli has forgone the integrated Alpha liner, so you can decide how much insulation you need.

Add the Flanders Warm base layer and thermal jersey, and extend her comfort range to sub-freezing temperatures. However, fabric is only the beginning. The cut is tailored to be close to the body, but not completely on the body, giving the jacket a good ability to protect. It is complemented by details such as seamless hems and a front zip pocket. You will definitely appreciate the comfortable, hidden, inner cuffs on the sleeves, which eliminate the transfer of cold under the jacket.

There are three pockets on the back with a large reflective strip that runs along the entire bottom of the pockets and ensures visibility at night. Where does this jacket fit in the Castelli collection? It is similar in temperature to the Perfetto RoS W jacket, but it does not have such a sporty fit and has a more elegant look, a slightly more relaxed cut, and does not protect you as much in wet weather.
