The PASSION eVent cycling jacket was designed to provide maximum protection for those who have to face rainy conditions in the saddle. The ultralight eVent membrane is characterized by a high degree of waterproofness and, thanks to its perfect breathability, prevents excessive heat accumulation. Important details such as a higher collar, taped seams and an extended back ensure maximum protection on dry days.
- High resistance to rain and wind is a key feature of the three-layer eVENT® membrane with a water column of 20,000 mm. The eVENT® membrane is also unique in that it uses its own patented Direct Venting™ dry system technologies. This allows sweat to evaporate instantly through the membrane's millions of microscopic pores without overheating the body.
- The reliability of the membrane is an important factor, but the details that make the jacket a unique product capable of withstanding rain are also indispensable. Therefore, the jacket has taped seams that prevent water from entering through the armholes and sides. A waterproof, robust zipper with an inner lining and a two-way design for heat regulation while riding is also essential. Fitted, shaped cuffs, a higher collar and an extended back provide additional protection against water ingress.
- The eVent brand revolutionized the waterproof clothing market by introducing a breathable waterproof membrane. It consists of very fine and microscopic pores that are too small to let water in from the outside, but at the same time are able to vent excess heat out, even under high loads. Which helps reduce temperature fluctuations while riding in the bicycle saddle.
