All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Overall a fun bike. You get the feeling of speed from a road bike, even on dirt or gravel roads. It's super responsive, stable on all surfaces. I feel very comfortable on it. I was worried about the tires being too aggressive and the original plan was to replace them, but they're great and I'll definitely keep them. They hold up well off-road and don't slow you down on the road.
Automatically translatedThe mechanical brakes are "desperate". I still have classic "V" brakes on my road bike and compared to them, these are about 30% more effective. After 500km they have seized up a bit, but it is still insufficient. I plan to replace the pads and discs, if it improves, I will add info.
Pick up from the store:
- the rear brake cable was completely loose, the brake lever was about 0.5 cm loose. You could hear the cable stop hitting the stop.
- rubber cap for the top stem bolt installed the other way around (this probably won't work)
- stem not tightened enough, I was able to turn the handlebars without much effort
- basket bolts not tightened, I lost one on the first ride. Two were in such a state that 3-4 threads were visible on the outside. Partly my fault - I should have checked my bike.
In this respect (fortunately in the only one) I have a heavy heart towards Mtbiker - it's not the first time this has happened to me.

1.81 cm tall - leg inseam 86 cm - arm length 59cm (armpit to wrist)
Translate by GoogleShow the originalM size matches very well my dimensions.
Solid bike, superb wheels - especially the Novatec hubs - they spin so smoothly.
Rode through Dobrogea mountains up to Tutuiatu peak on MTB road with enough stones to end up in a hospital.
Was able to reach speeds of 40+ km/h on flat paved roads - tarmac/asphalt.
Scored some nice PRs on Strava, including a few top tens in my town.
The brakes are fine in terms of alignment, dual pivot actuation - no disc rub compared to Avid BB7 on QR hubs, maybe just because of the thru axle system. The downside is the braking power - they don't hold as Avid BB7 do. BUT there is an upgrade that I am doing - Jagwire KEB-SL compresion-less brake housing. If this is not fixing the issue, then new brake pads.
Shimano Claris is fine, but I upgraded to Shimano 105 11s group.
Downside: maybe is just the bike that I bought - the wheels are not perfectly aligned, the back wheel seems to be a bit misaligned. I verified the alignment using a laser, but it is also visible with a good eye, especially one with OCD
For the other 3 bikes that I have - Felt F75 2012, RAM HT3 2010, Specialized Allez Sprint 2024 - the wheels are perfectly aligned.
The good thing is that the bike, Kellys Soot, still holds its direction and equilibrium. It's also very stable at 60 - 70 km/h.

Excellent price-quality ratio, beautiful design, unique frame and, moreover, the same quality as higher SOOTs, carbon fork, just cheaper components (Shimano Claris vs Sora vs GRX...). Fully sufficient for recreational driving. Good posture, 177cm M fits perfectly. Tires a little wider to handle more serious terrain. I appreciate the front two-wheel, it's nice to push the speed in max gear.

It's perfect for beginners in cycling and gravel. I've ridden about 300 km so far. Size XL for 187 cm tall, great fit. I got it with Kenda tires, Schwalbe would probably suit me better. I don't regret the purchase, I would buy it again

Nice bike for the money. I already had a minor upgrade of components from Claris to Tiagra and GRX.
