- since the seat post does not contain a spring, I suppose I can shorten it to 300 mm. Unfortunately, I could not find a 30.9/300 suspension seat post.

A great seat post. As the manufacturer says, it is really light. Due to the absence of a spring, it can be shortened anywhere, because the entire seat post is just an empty tube. Three hardnesses of flexible segments will be enough for everyone. It takes a bit of trying, but everyone will find their own thing. I would be interested in the lifespan of that segment. Parádna sedlovka. Tak ako to výrobca píše, je naozaj ľahučka. Kvôli absencii pružiny sa dá skrátiť kdekoľvek, lebo celá sedlovka je iba prázdna trúbka. Tri tvrdosti pružných segmentov budú stačiť každému. Chce to trochu skúšania, ale každý si nájde to svoje. Zaujímala by ma životnosť toho segmentu. Snáď budem vedieť kúpiť náhradný diel. Je to lacnejšia verzia celoodpruženého pocitu z jazdy so všetkým čo k tomu patrí.

Tak ako píšeš. Tvrdý segment je trochu oriešok, ale ide to. Ja som vložil segment, zaklopil a stahoval to celé svorkou s plastovými čeľusťami až kým tam ten čap nešiel ľahko. Celé mi to zabralo asi tak minútu, no napriek tomu, že je pre mňa podľa váhy (mám okolo 95kíl) určený najtvrdší segment, viac mi vyhovuje ten stredný. Toť moja skúsenosť.
