Fast delivery and in-person pick-up

We ship products in stock on the same day as the order arrives (or the next working day if the order arrives after 12:00) and are delivered on the next working day. For products not in stock, we always inform you about the actual date of shipment. We send orders by courier, for in-person pick-up in our stores or in one of thousands of pick-up points and post offices throughout Slovakia. Here you will find details about delivery options.

The SL Sprint stem is the ideal balance of stiffness and low weight. Its calculated weight is 1.8 g per Nm of stiffness thanks to SRAM Exogram technology. The stem's design incorporates feedback from the best professionals to meet the relentless demands of Grand Tour sprinters. Zipp also utilized knowledge from their pioneering carbon stems and extensive market research as a basis for the SL Sprint. The SL Sprint features a custom cap that is aerodynamically optimized with a smooth transition into the stem body. The stem is available in six sizes from 90 to 140 mm to cover the needs of all cyclists.

Extended returns up to 100 days

As standard, you can return your purchased goods within 30 days. With the ”Extended Return” service, you get an additional 70 days, during which you can decide whether the product suits you and meets your expectations.

Extended returns are very useful, especially when you are buying a gift in advance, you are not sure about your choice or the recipient needs more time to try it on. If you want to be more certain and not rush into making a decision, we recommend that you use this additional service.

How does it work?

Add the product you are interested in to your cart.
In the cart, for a given product, check the "Extended return of goods up to 100 days" service. You will see the fee for this service directly here, which always depends on the price and type of a specific product.
The service is activated immediately after payment of the order and the 100-day period begins the moment you receive your order.
If you want to return the goods, follow the standard procedure and do so within 100 days. We will refund your money or issue you a voucher - depending on your preference.

The “Extended Return” service does not change the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, but is a voluntarily provided extra service. The clothing met expectations, it was immediately used and withstood wind and showers, but the trousers couldn't handle rain. A hydro jacket from Craft was used on top, which helped. The trousers eventually succumbed to water but dried quickly afterwards. The clothing was and is comfortable for an all-day outing, very comfortable for my height of 182 cm and weight of 102 kg, XL fit me well. It doesn't pull, doesn't press, and the trouser insert is also comfortable. Overall satisfaction.
