Product description

Rear road wheel, carbon rim 32 mm, tire design, 2x cross braid, weight only 670 g.

ZIPP 202 Tubular are universal wheels that climb difficult hills with the ease of a chamois and are fast as an eagle on difficult descents. Numerous successes, such as Alexis Vuillermoz and Romain Bardet in 2015 at the Tour de France, prove this.

Carbon wheel rims with an optimal height of 32 mm, tested in the wind tunnel, are able to compete with regular rims with a height of 50 mm. All this while maintaining a very low weight and excellent rigidity, which you will appreciate especially on steep descents.

The wheels are entwined with radial spokes at the front and 2x crossed weaves of weakened SAPI spokes at the back. The 77 and 177 hubs provide the best life and bearing protection in their class. The bodies of the hubs, especially their flanges for the spokes, have been redesigned for even better torsional and transverse rigidity of the wheels, without sacrificing weight.
