Our multiple test winner. Top all-mountain duralumin rim for riders who want the benefits of wide rims. The internal width of 30 mm allows low pressures and due to high resistance, it is also suitable for enduro riders who are looking for a very light rim. Like all NEWMEN EVOLUTION SL components, this rim is made of high-strength duralumin alloy for excellent mechanical properties combined with low weight. Thanks to the extended lugs, it keeps the tire more rounded for better cornering grip. The material is placed precisely at critical points and taken elsewhere. The nipple beds are designed to work with our special washers for extremely high beam stress values while keeping the amount of material used to a minimum. In contrast, due to increased strength and durability, the lugs are significantly thicker than on other rims in the same weight class. The perfect rim for wide, light and fast wheels that are suitable for tires from 2.35" to 2.6".
