DT Swiss 350 DBIS Boost LTD hub set, 32 holes, turquoise
Limited edition DT 350 DEG Boost DBIS hubs in Turquoise, 32 holes, Shimano Micro Spline or Sram XD nut
The limited edition DT Swiss 350 DEG hubs represent a significant step forward in the development of top-quality cycling components. The hubs use the modern 72-tooth Ratchet DEG engagement system, which is based on the proven Ratchet system known from more expensive DT Swiss models. The new DEG (Double Engagement) is characterized by the fact that two massive gears with a larger diameter fit tightly together under spring pressure. However, compared to the classic Ratchet system or Ratchet EXP, the DEG teeth are larger, more massive and have an optimized engagement angle, which ensures immediate and reliable engagement.
Thanks to the use of 72 teeth, the DT Swiss 350 DEG hubs offer a very short engagement angle, which means a virtually instant response with every pedal stroke. This is a fundamental advantage, especially in technically demanding situations, such as steep climbs, overcoming rocky sections or dynamic acceleration from corners. The grip is extremely sensitive with minimal crank sag, allowing riders to control the bike more precisely and efficiently.
DT Swiss 350 DEG hubs are designed with maximum reliability and durability in mind. The new sprocket design provides a larger contact area around the entire circumference, which distributes the load significantly more evenly compared to conventional pin hubs. The result is increased wear resistance, better power transmission and long-term functionality even with intensive use in demanding conditions.
The hubs are available exclusively as a complete pair (front + rear) in the BOOST standard (110x15 mm front and 148x12 mm rear) with flanges for classic bent spokes in the 32-hole variant. You can choose between cassette nuts for SRAM XD or Shimano Microspline. Another practical advantage of these hubs is their easy serviceability: when replacing bearings, it is not necessary to dismantle the threaded ring, and therefore you can easily disassemble the entire hub using just a plastic hammer.
Compared to the premium DT 240 DEG hubs, which have 90 teeth, the DT 350 DEG are slightly more robust, use larger 6902 type bearings, have a less lightweight body, and are therefore slightly heavier. However, thanks to this, they offer an excellent ratio between price, performance and reliability, which will be especially appreciated by All Mountain and Enduro riders who prefer technical riding and need completely precise and lightning-fast pedal engagement.
