Kinetic Rock and Roll T-2800 Smart trainer
The resistance unit uses liquid, temperature-stable silicone, which changes the load completely automatically to the developed speeds, and in addition, it is placed on rubber sides that allow the trainer to move sideways.
In this way, you strengthen not only the legs, but also the muscles in the middle part of the body due to the need to maintain balance. Thanks to this, you will train the necessary technique such as balance, stepping in a circle and more even in the winter.
The trainer runs quietly and smoothly and, like all Kinetic trainers, is maintenance-free and indestructible.
It also offers an expansion of the basic small flywheel weighing 2.8 kg up to 8.2 kg, which will make the ride feel completely realistic without significant changes to the power curve.
In the T-2800 Smart variant, there is a perfect wattmeter with power measurement, pedaling cadence, speed and distance with the inRIDE application, which you have to start on your smartphone.
