PTN-LUFTY is a special tubeless valve that is designed to be compatible with most commercially available inserts. Innovation lies in advanced design, which is based on 3 main elements:

1. Wide angle hole prevents clogging of the sealing material and ensures greater air flow. The open cross-section is larger than with a conventional valve head. The mounting direction of the valve head opening is aligned with one of the rim edges, because in this way the pneumatic sealant, if any attached, is continuously pushed out of the rim by centrifugal force in each direction of rotation.

2. This design made it possible to substantially reduce the height of the valve head, i. the part which protrudes inside the rim towards the insert. This creates another important advantage that allows the insert to fit better on the base of the rim channel.

3rd weight! Yes, in fact, weight reduction on highly developed components is not always possible, but we have succeeded anyway. We have invested a lot of time, production, prototypes and various tests, we have finally achieved a world record result, in fact, the exclusive PTN aluminum valve specific for inserts is the lightest in the world with a weight of only 4 gr. The weight includes a complete valve with all accessories.
