Upgrade your tubeless tire with a Muc-Off replacement valve core - the perfect solution to ensure maximum performance from your Muc-Off tubeless valves! As riders ourselves, we know how valuable every second is on the track, and our valve core won't let you down.

 

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First, remove the cap, retaining ring, and sealing ring from the valve stem.
2. Using the valve core remover that came with the tubeless valve kit, remove the existing valve core.
3. Now insert the valve stem into the hole in the rim and push it in as far as it will go. Then place the rubber O-ring on the valve stem and slide it all the way down until it meets the rim.
4. Screw the retaining ring onto the valve stem and tighten it over the o-ring. This way, the retaining ring will be connected to the rim. When tightening the retaining ring, press firmly against the valve base inside the rim. Push until the retaining ring is hand tight and the rubber O-ring is pushed out. This is how you know you have created a good airtight seal.
 

TIP - do not overtighten as this may cause leaks. Finally, screw on your preferred valve cap. Using the valve core removal tool (integrated in the replacement alloy cap), remove the core and fill with tubeless sealant and inflate! The task is complete.
