FITTING GUIDE:
1. First, remove the cap, lock ring and O-ring from the valve stem.
2. Using the valve core remover that came with your tubeless valve kit, remove the existing valve core.
3. Now insert the valve stem into the rim hole and push it all the way in. Then fit the O-ring 0 onto the valve stem and slide it all the way down until it meets the rim.
4. Screw the lock ring onto the valve stem and tighten it down over the O-ring. This will connect the lock ring to the rim. When tightening the lock ring, push firmly on the base of the valve inside the rim. Push until the lock ring is hand-tight and the rubber O-ring is squeezed out. This is how you know you have created a good airtight seal.
TIP - do not overtighten as this can cause a leak. Finally, screw on your preferred valve cap. Using the valve core removal tool (integrated into the replacement alloy cap), remove the core and add your tubeless sealant and inflate! Job done.
