Pirelli Cinturato™ SmarTUBE 622x33-45C inner tube
SmarTUBE is Pirelli's latest product in the inner tube category and is a continuation of Pirelli's efforts to improve performance in modern cycling. It is the result of the development of the World Tour saddles, when this technology was transferred and adapted for use by ordinary cyclists with tires and inner tubes. The new inner tubes are made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), save you approximately 70 % of the weight of ordinary inner tubes and take up 50 % less space in your pockets. At the same time, they are more durable than pure butyl tubes. Tubes are available in a wide range of sizes: road (P ZERO™ SmarTUBE), reinforced Gravel and Endurance variants (Cinturato™ SmarTUBE) and MTB (Scorpion™ SmarTUBE).As an added bonus, the reinforced Cinturato™ SmarTUBE model has improved the excellent properties of the TPU material to achieve benefits on both sides of the spectrum: double the puncture resistance compared to standard butyl inner tubes, while being light and compact when packed like a fuse. Choose them to save weight or space, and they will also provide you with higher resistance against punctures, in addition in Pirelli's racing yellow colour.
