The forefather of all high-quality touring tyres. The GreenGuard inlay made of highly elastic natural rubber is 3 mm thick. One third of the GreenGuard is made of recycled latex products. The "anti-aging" side wall withstands the typical overloading caused by low air pressure for a much longer time before it gets ugly cracks.

E-Bike ready 25

GreenGuard®

  • The flexible rubber on a 67 EPI carcass is used for the classic Marathon, the Energizer-models and several other high-quality touring tires.

Recycling

  • Old products made of natural rubber (such as gloves, tubes...) are crumbed and, over several procedural steps, used as base material in the puncture protection system.
