The Minion SS is a new addition to the 27.5" line of Maxxis DH tires. Thanks to its pattern layout, it is an ideal rear tire that combines low rolling resistance with perfect cornering grip.

The Minion SS bridges the gap between the speed of a XC tire and the grip of a DH tire. The low and dense pattern with lots of edges is complemented by the famous minion side tread and creates a unique combination of speed and grip on unstable terrain. This is the perfect tire for fast descents where every second counts.
