The Minion SS is new in the 27.5" line of Maxxis DH tires, thanks to the pattern distribution it is an ideal tire for the rear wheel, which combines low rolling resistance with perfect cornering grip.
The Minion SS forms a bridge between a fast XC tire and the grip of a DH tire. The low and dense pattern with many edges is complemented by the famous minion side pattern and creates a unique combination of speed and grip in unstable terrain. This is the perfect jacket for fast descents where every second counts.
