Modern concept of races on mixed terrain

Born from the World Cup environment, the new M model brings a completely new approach to cross-country performance. Designed for the ideal ratio of low rolling resistance and reliable grip, it meets the demands of today's dynamic XC races - from marathons to explosive XCO circuits.

Thanks to the advanced Race XC Compound rubber mixture, it offers exceptional chemical grip, especially in wet conditions. This made it possible to reduce and streamline the pattern with a compact center arrow for better acceleration and fast rolling without compromising handling.

With a medium-high pattern and optimal lug spacing, the M is designed for predictable, fast riding on varied surfaces. Whether it's natural trails or artificial obstacles, this tire adapts perfectly, making it the ideal choice for technical trails.

The new XC M is 9% faster and 12% lighter than its predecessor. Durable, reliable and race-ready, the M offers long-lasting performance with high reliability, wherever the trail takes you.

Developed by Pirelli engineers and manufactured in Italy, the Race XC Compound represents the perfect combination of performance and reliability. Proven by victories and podium finishes - from the World Cup to the Cape Epic - it is the fastest compound in Pirelli's MTB range. Designed for maximum chemical adhesion even on wet surfaces, this compound provides confidence in any conditions.

At the same time, it offers excellent tear resistance, which means excellent mechanical traction and increased protection against defects. Thanks to the single-component composition, performance remains consistent throughout the life of the tire - even with sample wear - and delivers balanced behavior from the center to the sides of the tire, which guarantees stable feedback in every racing situation and technical passage.

ProWALL construction
Reinforced sidewalls for greater protection and stability at low tire pressures. Multi-layer nylon 120 TPI with reinforced sidewall technology. The result is reinforced protection of the sidewalls and better controllability.
