SK Hľadal som náhradu za Maxxis Ardent Race, keďže AR sa už nevyrábajú, ako najbližšia náhrada mi bol doporučený Rekon Race. Povedal by som, že tento plášť je od AR ešte o kúsok ďalej. Vôbec nemám pocit, že by mali horší grip a okrem toho sú podstatne rýchlejšie a lepšie aj na asfalte. Za mňa výborný univerzálny XC plášť, na zadné koleso imho vhodný aj traily.
