I have similar experiences as many others have written: it's not a one-shake-and-done solution. However, I do it by "loading" the chain into this solution, letting it sit and while I prepare everything else (old chain down, clean the gears, heat the wax, etc.) for ~10+ minutes. While I do all that, I shake the chain in the glass a few times, finally take the chain out, rinse it in boiling water, let it dry, and then wax it. The result was always as expected. Pouring it through a coffee filter wasn't very easy for me, so I made it a "rule" that three times is enough (I use the same solution for three chains). So far, it works.

It certainly doesn't degrease as they advertise, that you put it in the 10 min. tank with a new chain and the chain is degreased from the factory lubricant, I had to do it twice and shake it properly x times, but it degreases, whether it's the factory lubricant or the mess from riding, definitely the best of all the products I've ever tried. Also, if you're going to wax with a strong wax, I recommend this rather than the strip chip, which disappointed.
Because it is so expensive, you should then filter the used degreaser through a quality coffee filter and pour the mixture into a bottle.

asi funguje, pred pouzitim som retaz tak ci tak ocistil petrolejom a odmastnil tech. benzinom.. az potom som to daval do tohoto pripravku, vosk krasne drzi na retazi (pouzity taktiez vosk od znacky silca)

Podla odporucani od SILCA, som to po pouziti prefiltroval cez kavovy filter a nalial do povodnej flasticky k zvysku... (pouzite uz viackrat, mozem len odporucit)

Great degreaser, I degreased new chains, it cleaned them beautifully. I just don't know if it's enough for 25 chains. After 3 chains, the dirt almost disappeared, the coffee filters probably drank it, I had to use more of them, because after a while they probably got clogged with that mess and it stopped flowing through them. I don't know if there's a trick to filtering it, or if there are coffee filters that don't drink it all that much.

For me, the advantage is that it doesn't smell. You can do it in your apartment and it really cleans the chain. The fact that it takes longer to degrease is not a problem, since it takes longer to melt the wax anyway. As others have written, I throw it in a glass, shake it a few times..... and use it more than 2 times ?

It works great. It can be reused after filtering through a coffee filter, which is great since it is quite expensive. I use it to degrease a new chain before waxing, but it works great on a used oiled chain too.

Paráda, reťaz vyčistí skvelo. Pokus o recykláciu cez kávový filter bol problematickejší, lebo ku koncu to už nechcelo tiecť.

Na očistenie starých aj nových reťazí super, síce vyššia cena,ale pri precedeni cez kavovy filter sa dá opakovaťelne použiť.

Zatiaľ som spokojný. Použil sam ho dva krát a vyčistené super. A hlavne je šetrný k životnému prostrediu.

Prvý pokus trval vyše hodiny od pretrepania novej reťaze po úspešné prefiltrovanie. Rúško sa veľmi neosvedčilo a nabudúce použijem filter na kávu. Som zvedavý, ako bude tekutina vyzerať po 30 čisteniach reťaze.
UPDATE po cca 10 čisteniach:
Tekutina je čierna a zostala mi asi polovica objemu. Myslieť si, že to nahradí technický benzín bolo naivné a robiť miesto jedného kroku (myslím benzín) teraz ďalšie (vriaca voda, cyklostar, IPA,..) ma fakt nebaví. Navyše pri tej filtrácii a prelievaní sa vždy niečo postrácalo. Za mňa zbytočne drahá sranda a čistil by som v tom ozaj len prvýkrát nové reťaze.
