Summit to Eat Macaroni with Cheese Big Pack, dehydrated meal, 197g/1007kcal
Classic pasta with delicious cheese.
Pasta (wheat, eggs, water, salt) (41.5%), cheese sauce (full-fat milk, cream (milk), onion, Red Leicester cheese (milk) 4.6%, Cheddar cheese (milk) 4.8%, Mozzarella cheese (milk) 9.9%, rapeseed oil, corn flour, salt, white pepper). Allergens highlighted in bold.
Preparation:
1. Tear open the sachet.
2. Remove the oxygen absorber sachet (non-flammable sachet containing iron oxide to absorb moisture).
3. Add 90-100 °C hot water (small pack 175 ml, line D/ large pack 305 ml, line C) and stir.
4. Close the sachet and let the contents rehydrate.
5. Stir after 8 minutes, season to taste if necessary.
The meal can be consumed directly from the sachet or served on a plate as needed.

What are the advantages of freeze-dried food?
Appearance – freeze-dried food retains its original shape and structure, unlike air-dried food, which shrinks and shrivels due to high processing temperatures. Just add water and within a few minutes, the food will return to its original form.
Taste - tastes just as good as fresh. Freezing removes water, not taste. So freeze-dried foods retain practically all their flavors, vitamins, and nutritional content.
Weight - weighs less than fresh. Freezing removes 98% of the water. This significantly reduces the weight, making handling easier and reducing transportation costs. For example, 10 kg of strawberries weighs only 1 kg after freezing - one-tenth of its original weight! However, they can quickly rehydrate back to their original weight.
Long shelf life – freeze-dried food can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or spoilage. Shelf life 7 years from the date of manufacture.
Low storage costs - because they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage spaces, so storage is much cheaper
