Summit to Eat Bean Stew Big Pack freeze-dried meal, 170g/1001kcal
Enjoy this hearty meal on your expedition or hike. This dish, suitable for vegans and vegetarians, is full of healthy beans in a tasty garlic and herb sauce. It's perfect when you need a travel food that will keep you going strong to conquer all your adventures.
Mixed beans (48%) (red, white, Borlotti, butter beans, chickpeas), diced carrots, green beans, onion, rapeseed oil, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, corn flour, salt, white pepper
Preparation:
1. Tear open the top of the bag.
2. Remove the oxygen absorber (non-toxic iron-based sachet that absorbs moisture).
3. Add hot water to the bag (small pack 280 ml/large pack 450 ml) and stir.
4. Close the bag and let the contents rehydrate.
5. Stir after 8 minutes, season if necessary.
The meal can be eaten directly from the bag or served on a plate as needed.

What are the benefits of freeze-dried food?
Appearance – freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and structure, unlike air-dried foods which shrink and shrivel due to high processing temperatures. Simply add water and within minutes, the food returns to its original form.
Taste - they taste just as good as fresh. Freeze-drying removes water, not taste. So freeze-dried foods retain practically all their flavours, vitamins and nutritional content.
Weight - weighs less than fresh. Freeze-drying removes 98% of the water. This significantly reduces the weight, making handling easier and reducing transport costs. For example, 10 kg of strawberries weigh only 1 kg after freeze-drying - one tenth of their original weight! However, they can quickly rehydrate back to their original weight.
Long shelf life – freeze-dried foods can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or spoilage. Shelf life 7 years from the date of manufacture.
Low storage costs - because they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage spaces, making storage much cheaper.
