The company was founded in Vienna in 1922 as a manufacturer of hiking poles. By 1928, it already had 50 employees and quickly became the leading producer of ski poles. In the 1970s, aluminium poles began to be produced and production increased to over 150,000 pairs of poles per year. In the 1990s, ultralight carbon poles and a number of technical innovations were put on the market. Currently, the brand is not only one of the leading pole manufacturers, but also provides high quality protectors and a wide range of accessories.
